New Psychiatric Practice Coming This Fall
Psychiatric Practice of Raul J. Rodriguez, MD Launches in Boca Raton This Autumn
At start of the Twenty-First Century Dr. Raul J. Rodriguez, fresh off his stint as Chief Resident at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, chose Boca Raton as the site of his very first private practice. Dr. Rodriguez ultimately relocated to downtown Delray Beach, opening the Delray Center for Healing in 2003, in order to provide more outpatient mental health services to the greater Palm Beach and Broward area. Since its founding in 2003, the Delray Center has grown from a one-man psychiatric practice into a full-fledged outpatient mental health center. Services offered at the Delray Center include psychiatry, EMDR therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Yoga, Ketamine infusions for treatment-resistant depression, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation therapy (TMS) and our full-day Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for primary mental health and dual diagnosis.
This year, Dr. Rodriguez announced the establishment of a second location of his mental health clinic in Boca Raton. The new center in Boca Raton will include psychiatry as well many of our individual therapies, such as EMDR, DBT, and CBT. The Boca practice of Raul J. Rodriguez, MD will provide much needed space for our growing team psychiatrists and therapists. The new location will also provide many of our patients who reside in the Boca Raton area easier access to mental health services and their preferred psychiatric providers.
